The defendant is a person driving a BM7 car.

At around 22:00 on May 21, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 200 meters to the front day of the Centsan City located in the Busan Suwon-dong, under the influence of alcohol of 0.07% of blood alcohol level.
