Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual manager of convenience store D in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the user who runs retail business using four full-time workers.

1. An employer who fails to pay the minimum wage shall pay at least the minimum wage to the employees subject to the minimum wage, and even during the period from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, the minimum wage is KRW 4,580 per annum for the period from January 1, 2013, and KRW 4,860 per annum for the period from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013, the Defendant is employed as a salesperson at the foregoing workplace, despite the fact that the hourly wage is KRW 4,860 per annum for the period from January 31, 2013 to December 31, 2013.

In paying wages to retired E on March 2012 and April 2012, 2012, the hourly wage of KRW 4,000 was paid below the minimum wage amount. From May 2012 to December 2012, 3,913 to 4,500 won was paid for hourly wage of KRW 3,913 to below the minimum wage amount. On January 2013, 2013, the hourly wage of KRW 4,000 was paid below the minimum wage amount.

2. The Defendant, who violated his obligation to liquidate money and valuables, is working as provided in the preceding paragraph.

The amount of difference arising from the payment of wages below the minimum wage rate from March 2012 to January 2013 to E is paid, the amount of wages of 129,600 won out of the agreed wage (127,600 won + 2,000 won payable), the amount of wages of 121,800 won on April 2012, and the amount of wages of 153,400 won on May 2012 (23 E is stated to the investigative agency and court, with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays, and the amount of wages of 129,600 won on March 3, 2012 (see, e.g., grounds) x the difference of wages of 201,200 won on June 26, 201 (see, e.g., the difference of wages of 200 won) x 30,000 won on May 23, 2012, 2016.
