Punishment of the crime

피고인들은 2015. 5. 23. 04:40경 부산 사하구 H 소재 도로에서, 피고인들의 일행과 피해자 I(31세)가 술에 취해 시비중인 사실을 알고 피해자에게 다가가 피고인 B은 피해자를 잡아당겨 넘어뜨린 후 두 손으로 무릎꿇고 앉아 있는 피해자의 머리를 잡고 무릎으로 피해자의 머리를 수회 가격하고, 이어 피고인 A은 넘어진 피해자의 머리 부분을 발로 수회 걷어차 공동하여 피해자에게 두개골 골절 및 뇌출혈 등을 가하고, 이로 인하여 피해자로 하여금 2015. 5. 31. 21:30경 치료 중이던 부산 서구 암남동에 있는 고신대학교병원에서 외상성 뇌출혈로 인하여 사망에 이르게 하였다.
