Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 6, 2017, at around 13:50 on September 6, 2017, the Defendant reported 112 that “a male under the influence of alcohol in a park” on the back side of the 3-dong childcare center of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and reported 35-ro 13, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and sent to the site, and the Defendant attempted to take a measure for returning home by a police officer affiliated with B police station of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul

There are more favorable circumstances, such as the fact that the police officer directly shooted on the ground of the sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Provisional Payment Order, is disadvantageous to the defendant, but the criminal records of the defendant only once a fine is imposed on the defendant, the defendant is subject to the punishment of the police officer, and the police officer deposits the prescribed money to the police officer, and the police officer does not want the punishment of the defendant.
The defendant shall be punished by a fine in full view of such various circumstances as the defendant's age and family environment and the sentencing conditions stipulated in Article 51 of the Criminal Act.
It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
