Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 25, 2015, the Defendant driven two cargo vehicles at the section of about 104 square meters in the vicinity of the New Eastern, Daegu Northern-ro, 104, and about 7km in the front of the apartment site, in the direction of alcohol content of 0.172% in the blood of around 18:20.
