Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2014, at around 23:30, the Defendant received the 112 report from the business owner who was the subject of disturbance in the “Cjuk” located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Therefore, the victim E (the age of 39) of the police officer belonging to the Dongjak Police Station in the Seoul Dongjak Police Station who received the report was called to the scene along with the police officer in the same police officer and requested the defendant to leave the place of business.

Accordingly, while the Defendant’s employees, etc. are observed by many people, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim by “whether he or she has a hole, and whether he or she is aware of the fact that he or she is unable to do so,” and she has expressed a large voice over several occasions.
