A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 4, 2013, around 03:55, the Defendant confirmed that the driver’s door door of the EPoter Ⅱ owned by the victim D was not corrected at the 3rd parking lot in Gyeonggi-si Kimpo-si, Gyeonggi-si, Kimpo-si, and entered the inside of the said cargo vehicle, and then stolen the vehicle’s inside and outside of the said cargo vehicle, thereby bringing about an amount equivalent to KRW 70,00 per market price and KRW 5,00 per 80,00.

At around 03:57 on the same day, the Defendant confirmed that the entrance door for a car owned by the victim F is not corrected at the victim F Coin, which is parked at the above parking lot, was not corrected, and that the Defendant’s entry inside the said car and subsequently stolen the car amounting to KRW 10,000 per annum.

3. At the beginning 04:00 of the same month, the Defendant confirmed that the Defendant’s front entrance of the K ASEAN car, which was parked in H, was not opened at the top door of the IF car owned by the injured party J, and carried out inside the said vehicle and then stolen the vehicle in cash by following the inside the said vehicle.

5. The defendant's month;

From 15:00 to 08:30 the following day, it was confirmed that the entrance door of Q bargaining car owned by the victim P, which was parked in the O apartment parking lot, has not been corrected, and the entrance was behind the inside of the said car in order to steal the goods, but the intention was not reached on the wind that does not discover any goods that could be stolen.

6. The Defendant is present at the above C-building parking lot around 13:16 of the same month.
