【Criminal Facts】
1. Defendant A was a person with a alcohol driving career, and Defendant A driven F K3 cars in the state of alcohol alcohol with about 5km from the front day of the Diplomatic Association located in Sinpo-si C on March 14, 2020 to the front day of the same Si apartment at Sinpo-si, to approximately 0.057% of blood alcohol content.
