1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

(a) basic facts.

A. The Plaintiff is one company run by inside directors C, which aims at Kim Manufacturing and Manufacturing, wholesale and retail business, export business, etc.

Paragraph 1 “A” and “B” enter into an agreement with the Kim (Ma Kim) and Eleven ton.

In principle, Paragraph A’s “A” shall arrive at the Rusosian Stockholm by November 17, 201, of the 7 tons of the Kim (Mama Kim) requested by “B”, by November 17, 2011.

(3) Paragraph (3) “B” shall, in principle, sell and sell four tons of Kim (Seoul), processed by “A”, until September 30, 2012.

Paragraph 4, “A” and “B” mean the price at which the unit price of the Kim (Mama Kim) is 1kg* $10.2, and the price shall be USD 71,400,00 (7,000g* 10.2 = 71,400), and shall be the price at which the port of destination arrives and shall be remitted simultaneously with the arrival.

Paragraph 5, “A” and “B” shall keep the date for Kim(Ma Kim), and both parties shall compensate for the amount equivalent to USD 14,280.00 equivalent to 20% of the total amount from the total amount of Ma-Ma Kim.

Provided, That the whole whole shall not be included.

B. Around July 20, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the supply of processed products with the following content:

(hereinafter referred to as “A” and “B” refer to “B” and “B”, and “B” in paragraph (1) of the same Article mean “B” and “B” are responsible for monthly trade in the mining port of Korea and arrive at the C&F price.

The terms "A" and "B" set out in 10,000 g* $82,000 = $82,000 and the Korean won amount shall be 92,660,000 per day.

(3) Paragraph (3) “A” shall pay an amount equivalent to 30% to “B” in the production of a product, and additionally pay an amount equivalent to 20% in the production of the product, and the balance shall be paid immediately to “B” at the same time as the shipment after the product is loaded.

Paragraph 4 “B” shall complete the production of a product by October 19, 201, and “A” shall, in principle, complete the examination of the product on the manufacturing site by October 27, 201 and load the product on the manufacturing site.

7 Paragraph A shall be the product at the local factory of “B”.
