【Criminal Facts】
On April 29, 2019, from around 02:00 to October 03:10, the Defendant opened and intrudeed a 216 sick room in C Hospital B located in Net City B, and used a crepan in the crepancies of the victim D’s D cash amounting to KRW 240,000, the market price of KRW 2,000,000, and one ambling of the market price of KRW 200,000,000, in the market price of which there are two parts, etc.
