Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2020, at around 22:00, the Defendant received 112 reports from a restaurant, that “a guest sing and assaults a restaurant in front of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu.” and solicited the Defendant, the above customer, to return home, and as a guard belonging to the Sungnam Police Station, D attempted to do so. However, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant obstructed a police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning handling reports by assaulting 112.
