A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 500,00 for a fine of KRW 500,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court, and a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 for a fine of KRW 2,50,00 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court's Busan District Court's Branch Branch on April 13, 201.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CCA110 motorcycle.

On May 9, 2015, the Defendant driven the said motorcycle without obtaining a driver’s license, and caused the victim E, the victim F, while driving the said motorcycle at the speed of 0.120% under the influence of normal driving due to the influence of alcohol, and driving the said motorcycle at the speed of 0.120%, to drive the said motorcycle, and driving the two lanes in front of the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Busan High School along one lane on the side of the Seocheon-si, Busan High School, the Defendant sustained the injury of the victim E, the victim F, the victim G, and caused the victim E to undergo approximately four weeks of closed pressure of the part above the said motorcycle L1, which requires approximately four weeks of treatment, and caused the victim F, to suffer injury, such as damage to the part under the influence of the body part under which the treatment of approximately two weeks is unknown, and injury, such as dumf, dumf, etc.
