Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are members of the E-site operated by D, etc.

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance thereof by means of information and communications networks) and provide property or financial benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to persons who win at the betting results, or gambling using such tickets.

1. Defendant A:

A. From February 2, 2013 to May 4, 2013, as of May 2, 2013, the E site, which is an illegal sports soil site operated by D, etc., deposited money with the national bank account, etc. in the F’s name, etc. used on the above site, deposited with cyber money equivalent to the amount of money deposited, and predicted the outcome of the sports games, such as stables, deaf-gu, and air exhaustle, etc., in advance, and conducted sports betting using charged cyber money, and received the same dividend as the amount of money betting, if that result is met.

B. From February 2, 2013 to May 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) remitted KRW 13,300,000 via 23 occasions as shown in the Attached Table of Suspect A Crimes; and (b) charged cyber money with KRW 1,50,000 by receiving dividends; and (c) habitually gambling was committed.

2. Defendant B:

A. From January 15, 2013 to May 7, 2013, as between D, etc., to join the illegal sports soil site operated by D, etc., to deposit money with the National Bank account in the F’s name, etc. used at the above site; to deposit cyber money equivalent to the amount of money deposited; to estimate the outcome of the sports games, such as a stable, deaf-gu, and air exhaust, etc.; to conduct betting using charged cyber money; and to receive the same dividend as the amount of money betting if the result meets.

B. The Defendant’s foregoing method is attached between January 15, 2013 and May 7, 2013.
