Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The party status 1) Plaintiff (the first name was “Stock Company D,” and around October 1989, the name was changed to “Stock Company E,” and the name was changed to the current name around May 2007.

B. The Plaintiff Company owned from October 1989 the land of this case 50 square meters prior to K, L, 331 square meters prior to K, M cemetery 177 square meters, and N cemetery 152 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) (hereinafter “instant land”).
