Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, around July 21, 2013, the Defendant paid 4 million won of the Dsch Rexroth car in the name of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and purchased (the number) by paying 4 million won of the Dsch Rexroth car in the name of C, and operated the said car without any justifiable reason.

When a person acquires a motor vehicle registered with 2018 high-level 25, he/she shall file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Around August 201, the Defendant: (a) received Genz S500 passenger cars registered in F’s name (at the time of a theft report and recovered to the police) for the repayment of obligations from E; (b) was sentenced on January 23, 2013 to receive the procedure for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said car from the nominal owner F in the Changwon District Court, and (c) received the said car from the police station around April 2013, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said car, on the basis thereof, even though the Defendant received the said car from the police station around April 2013.
