1. The Defendant is located at the point indicated in the attached Form 1 drawing among the 1280 square meters, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-do, 1280 square meters.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 1, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendant with respect to the business site-2 (1280,00,000 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) within the area for the Asan Urban Site Development Project, which is owned by the Plaintiff, for the following terms:

Article 1 Sales Price: 75,013,00,000 won, down payment: 7,501,300,000 won (the date of concluding a payment period: the date of concluding a contract), part payment: 30,005,200,000 won ( April 1, 2008) (the balance: 37,506,500,000 won ( June 30, 2010) (the date of concluding a payment period): Cancellation of a contract under Article 10 (1)

1. Where a buyer fails to pay an intermediate payment or any balance by the due date for payment. (4) Where this contract is cancelled, the buyer shall immediately restore the target site to the original condition as at the date of conclusion of this contract and order the seller to do so, and where the contract has been cancelled after registration of transfer of ownership, the buyer shall, without delay, implement the procedure necessary for registration of ownership recovery of the

B. The Defendant installed a hot spring hole with an excavated depth of 800 meters (hereinafter “the hot spring hole of this case”) at the point (36.47° 47° 45.36°N, 127° 05° 43°N) indicated in the annexed drawing A (hereinafter “the hot spring hole of this case”) as follows.

1) From the ground to the 6m above ground, 300 meters in diameter, 250 meters in diameter from the 6m to the 300m underground, and 300m in diameter from the 300m underground to the 800m underground. 2) The Defendant excavated the diameter inside the hot spring hole excavated to prevent the collapse of the hot spring hole of this case, etc., and the Defendant laid the steel pipe inside the hot spring hole excavated to the inside. The steel pipe’s structure, such as the attached drawing 2, was laid off from the ground to the 250m diameter in diameter and the 200m diameter in diameter in diameter, and was laid under the ground to the 200m diameter in diameter.
