The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment and the evidence duly admitted and examined by the first instance court, it is justifiable to reverse the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendant on the ground that the facts charged in the instant case were guilty and that the lower court convicted the Defendant.

In doing so, there is no error of law by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
