The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

Basic Facts

(1) On April 15, 2014, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the real estate listed in attached Table No. 1, (2), 427 square meters, 664 square meters prior to J, 1,222 square meters (the real estate listed in attached Table No. 2 as of June 9, 2014, each of the said land H and J was merged into the said land). (4) On June 8, 2017, the Defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership on May 31, 2017 with respect to 3/10 shares of the instant real estate to the Plaintiff C, an Arabic land, for one’s own sale on the part of the instant real estate.

(5) On July 25, 2017, the said C filed a report on the establishment of welfare facilities for the elderly at home with an explanation of the “O welfare center” with the location of the instant real estate No. 3 as the location of the said real estate.
