Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
[2] It shall not go to an area other than the Republic of Korea or go beyond the border without a passport, seafarer’s pocketbook, and other valid certification necessary for departure issued by a related agency (hereinafter “484”)
