1. The Defendants are each indicated in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 8, and 1 among the 427m2 in Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff related to the parties is the owner of the building on both the 238 square meters and the F large 71.2 square meters and the above two sites (hereinafter “instant building”). The Defendants are the owners of the 427 square meters and the 427 square meters and the Mam27.7 square meters and the Mancheon-gu, Sincheon-si.

B. Part of the instant land, etc. 1) D-gu, Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, 515.7 square meters (hereinafter “D land before division”).

A) On January 31, 1990, D large 44.5 square meters and F large 71.2 square meters (hereinafter “F land”) are F land.

2) The Plaintiff was divided into the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff was divided into the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff was divided into the Plaintiff on December 27, 200 and 427.7 square meters on December 27, 2000.

A) Division was made between G and 16.8 square meters. D land after division is divided into E and D shall be H land, which is a road (hereinafter “instant road”).

3) On January 31, 1990, the part of the instant building, which occupied D’s land prior to subdivision, was subdivided into F’s land on January 31, 1990, as seen earlier. Accordingly, the part connected with F’s land on which the instant building is located and the part between F’s land and the instant road, 0.74m in width, 8.65m in length, 6.4m in length, and 6.4m in size (hereinafter “the instant part of land”).

4) After the division, I constructed the instant building and set up several shops in the instant building, and installed the entrances of each of the above stores leading to the instant road in the part connecting each point of the attached Form 7, 8, and 3 adjacent to the instant road.

In addition, the part of the land of this case is packed and the entrance roads and passage roads for each of the above stores.
