A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

On March 27, 2016, the Defendant, around 01:21, 01:21 on the roads of Pyeongtaek-dong, Dong-dong, Gyeonggi-do, without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 1km section from the roads of the same city to the front road of the non-Dong-dong, Gyeongnam-dong apartment, and driven Bhodo-dong, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.184% alcohol concentration during blood.

around 16:40 on August 5, 2016, the Defendant driven a Bho-do motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license in a section of about 500 meters from the front side of the 11st Taesan apartment road in Pyeongtaek-dong to the front side of the KT telephone station located in the same city.
