Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 19, 2010, the Defendant was aware of the fact that he/she issued a written confirmation of hospitalization even if he/she did not actually have been hospitalized in the E Council members through F, a secretary of the E Council, while undergoing treatment due to an accident in contact with the vehicle in which he/she was in contact with the vehicle while driving a vehicle at a one-way road upstream of the D Contracting State adjacent to Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, by driving the vehicle at the right side of the D Contracting State adjacent to the D Contracting State located in Daejeon, and changing the vehicle.

The Defendant received a written confirmation of hospitalization from E members to September 13, 2010, and submitted it to each Victim Co., Ltd. for two times as the cost of hospitalization from Dong Fire Co., Ltd., Ltd., and submitted two insurance proceeds to the Victim Co., Ltd., 2,36,280, insurance proceeds to the Victim Co., Ltd., Ltd., 230,00, insurance proceeds to the Victim Co., Ltd., Ltd., 230,00, insurance proceeds to the Victim Co., Ltd., Ltd., 430,000 insurance proceeds to the Victim Co., Ltd., Ltd., 40,000 insurance proceeds to the Victim Co., Ltd., Ltd., 2004060
2. On January 3, 2011, the Defendant committed a traffic accident following the traffic accident: (a) around 16:22 on January 3, 2011, when the Defendant driving a vehicle on the front of the Seo-gu Seo-gu Daejeon Domadong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, resulting in an accident of confluence with another vehicle, and (b) from January 6, 201 to May 31, 201, the Victim Co., Ltd., Dongbu Fire, Postal Office, the Korean Fire Insurance, the AIA life insurance, and the AIA life.
