Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall fell standing timber in a forest without permission from the competent authority.

Nevertheless, from March 5, 2015 to the 6th day of the same month, the Defendant cut the total amount of 209 standing timber, such as 869,000 won at the market price, using power-driven machinery saws without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.
