Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Jeju District Court's Jeju District Court's Jeju District Court's main branch court. The judgment became final and conclusive on September 4, 2014.

Where a person who has acquired an automobile registered under the Automobile Management Act intends to transfer the automobile again to a third party, he/she shall make a registration of transfer of the ownership of an automobile to the competent authority before transferring it.

On May 13, 2014, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act by transferring the said vehicle to a third party in name, who was a third party in around August 28, 2015, without making the registration of transfer of ownership in his/her own name, which is a vehicle that was taken over by a person from his/her name in the vicinity of the camping tower in Sungnam-si.
