1. Defendant A [criminal career] was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won by committing a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on February 11, 2011, and on November 1, 2018, the period of suspension of execution becomes final and conclusive on November 9, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】
A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a car of the vehicle C.
On May 5, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car with blood alcohol concentration of 0.033% under the influence of alcohol level around 05:55, and continued to drive the said car into the direction of Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Northern-gu, through the intersection of the front private distance distance from the e-distance e-distance e-mail.
