Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud and two years of suspended execution at the Cheongju District Court on December 5, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 5, 2014, and was in internal relationship with the victim C from around 2007 to May 2013.

1. Before December 6, 2012, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s cell phone using the Defendant’s cell phone to the victim’s cell phone with the word “I would have to open the door prior to the lusium shoulder, I would see the lusium,” and then sent the Defendant’s cell phone from June 12:59 until June 1, 2014, a text message with a total of 30 times as shown in attached Table 1, which appears to inflict any danger or injury on the victim’s life and body.

2. 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률위반 피고인은 2013. 9. 18. 19:35경 위 1항 기재 피고인의 주거지에서 “난 니 말데로 몸함부로 놀리는거 알면 그땐 내가 도끼로 둘다 그 자리서 찍어죽일거야 니가 한말이니까 책임지겠지 집맞냐고 당장 나오라고 데리고 가게.”라는 내용의 문자를 피고인의 휴대전화를 이용하여 피해자의 휴대전화로 전송한 것을 비롯하여 그 때부터 2014. 10. 1.경까지 별지 범죄일람표 2 기재와 같이 총 406회에 걸쳐 공포심이나 불안감을 유발하는 내용의 문자메시지를 반복적으로 전송하여 피해자에게 도달하게 하였다.

3. From June 27, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using a communication medium) extended to 30 times in total as indicated in the annexed Table 3 from November 23:27, 2014 to June 27, 2014, including transmitting the Defendant’s mobile phone to the victim’s mobile phone using the Defendant’s mobile phone, the phrase “I see that I will be satched.”
