1. Defendant A is a person who operates a mutual entertainment center in Suwon-si E with the trade name of “F”, and Defendant B is a person who works for the said establishment as the head of office.

From April 10, 2015 to July 16, 2015, the Defendants conspired to offer seven rooms with singing machines and the tables in an area of about 80 square meters from the above “F” entertainment place, and advertised on the Internet site, including “G,” etc. The Defendants: (a) had male customers receive 300,000 won in cash (3.50,000 won at the time of credit settlement) including the price for per capita commercial sex acts; and (b) had them enjoy entertainment with three female employees, such as H, and (c) had them enjoy entertainment in a series of ways to have female workers engage in sexual intercourse with other female workers in the neighboring conference.

On February 24, 2016, Defendant B sent a letter to the effect that he/she would engage in sexual traffic at the price 1.50,000 won by accessing I, which is around 17:00, and after having I conduct sexual traffic, Defendant B sent a letter to his/her smartphone to his/her own smartphone-rating app “J” and sent a letter to the effect that he/she would engage in sexual traffic at the price of 1.50,000 won. Defendant B, a police officer who controlled sexual traffic to whom he/she would send the message to the Defendant, was waiting at the L parking lot located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, where he/she controlled the Defendant by sending the message to the Defendant.

By allowing I to meet, I arranged sexual traffic.
