피고인들 일행은 위 골목으로 이동한 후, J은 주먹으로 피해자 H의 얼굴 부위를 1회 때리고, 피고인 C과 성명불상자가 피해자 F의 양팔을 붙잡아 움직이지 못하도록 한 뒤 피고인 A은 머리로 피해자 F의 얼굴 부위를 1회 들이받고, 피고인 C은 주먹으로 피해자 F의 얼굴 부위를 1회 때리고 멱살을 붙잡고 밀어 넘어뜨리고, 계속하여 J은 발로 피해자 F의 얼굴 부위를 1회 걷어찼다.
