A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred KRW 2 million to the defendant's agricultural bank account on the same day from the victim.

4. On November 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) from the monthly port Nos. 1888, the Defendant: (b) around 2014, the Defendant: (c) around 5, 2014, the Victim G needs to engage in annoying activity by his father.

The credit card interest shall be paid after the month.

However, there was no intention or ability to repay even if money is borrowed.
