Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is “C” entertainment shop employee, and the victim D (V, 43 years old) was a person who worked at the previous main point.

On November 6, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim's head face with his/her hand while engaging in a dispute between the victim and the wage problem within the "C" entertainment center, which was around 22:06, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu.
