A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 06:45 on May 14, 2020, the Defendant driven the said B-learning car at the 3km section from around 06:20% of the blood alcohol concentration to around 386 km prior to the G convenience store in Ansan-gu, Yansan-si, Seoul-gu, the F-gu, G convenience store at the F-gu, Ansan-si to the next 3km of the same luminous 1 to the next 386 distance.
