The defendant shall be innocent.

1. On August 11, 2013, the Defendant leased and resided with the victim C in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government D apartment 782 Dong 2901 room, Jung-gu, Incheon, and around 12:00 on October 12, 2013 to 14:30 on the same day, the Defendant stolen goods of the amounting to KRW 600,000,000 at the victim’s 100,000,000,000,000,000 won at the 30,000,000,000,000 won at the market price at the 20,000,000 won.

Among the evidence submitted by the prosecutor, there are ① the witness C’s legal statement, the police statement of C with respect to the facts charged in the instant case, ② the investigation report (execution warrant), CCTV photographs, ③ the investigation report (investigation of the suspect’s residence), the seizure report and the seizure list, inquiry of facts, and family relation certificate.

According to the records, on September 17, 2013, the defendant reported to the police on September 17, 2013 to the effect that C was approaching his visit, and left the apartment as stated in the facts charged, E police officers and F dispatched to the police. During the above process, C demanded the defendant to remove his clothes and things in the defendant's room, and the defendant transferred C's clothes to the kitchen kitchen house with the defendant's kitchen house. After that, on October 10, 2013, the defendant was not residing in the above apartment house and requested the police to protect the personal safety. The police officer G and F arrived at the above apartment around the time when the police officer G were transferred. At the request of the police officer of the above apartment, at the time, C was called by the defendant for telephone, but C did not receive C (the telephone machine within C's room).

1. First of all, it is difficult to view the evidence as a personal behavior of the police officer when the crime is committed, and it is hard to view it as a thief.
