A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Destruction and damage of special property;
A. On June 3, 2018, the Defendant, at around 11:50 on June 3, 2018, tried to make a claim as a matter of contract related to the lease contract to the victim C, which was located in the original city, at around 11:50 on June 3, 2018. Around 08:00 on September 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) destroyed special property damage on September 22, 2018, for the same reason as the description of paragraph 1-B at the place indicated in paragraph 1-A; (b) destroyed the Defendant’s windows installed on the victim’s outer wall of the building owned by the Defendant, gate, which is dangerous articles cited by the Defendant, installed a glass window installed on the victim’s building C’s outer wall; and (c) destroyed the said glass window to the extent that the market price is KRW 59
2. Injury;
A.
