When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license on February 16, 2016, driven a 40km B bitf car at approximately 40 km from the front day of the steel refining inspection station located in the second degree of Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Seoul, to the front day of the stop tunnel at a point of 42.2km Seoul in the same military document.
