Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants are persons in charge of fund management, such as raising and supply of accounts, withdrawal of profits, etc. offered to private sports entertainment sites (one name D, E, F, G, H, and I) operated by private persons in whose name the Defendants are named.
1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports promotion betting tickets or similar things and provide property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting results;
From around May 10, 201 to May 10, 2013, the under-name winners opened a private sports earth site (one name D, E, F, G, H, and I) on the Internet, and Defendant J and Defendant B recruited an account to be used in the deposit and withdrawal of the Do deposit money through Defendant A, and deliver the money deposited in the said account through Defendant A, Defendant A settled the Do deposit, and deposited the money into the account with Defendant B’s account. Defendant J conducted the business of withdrawing and depositing the Do deposit money. Defendant J had the above site members deposit the Do deposit into the designated account, such as the under the name of the National Bank of Korea, etc., and filled up the corresponding game money, and then received the dividend from the site to participate in the sports game at home and abroad, and lost the sports colon’s dividend in accordance with the results of the sports colon’s participation.
As a result, the Defendants, in collusion with the person in whose name the above site members and caused the above site members to gambling equivalent to KRW 21,695,955,589 by using 140 accounts, such as the K name bank account, and provided property benefits to the persons who issued the same thing as the right to promote sports voting, by acquiring the money lost by the above site members as profits.
