1. The Defendant’s KRW 24,601,00 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from October 6, 201 to April 9, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. The Lice Education Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lice Education”) is a company that issues children’s books, print, etc., and the Defendant is a person who receives and sells books from Lice Education while operating a children’s book store.

B. On January 11, 2010, Han-ice education entered into a contract with the Defendant to transfer the right of publication of the instant book, where Han-ice education had been paid 300 million won from the Defendant, to the Defendant on December 31, 2010 (hereinafter “instant contract”) under which Han-ice education had been paid 90 million won (hereinafter “instant book”). By December 31, 2010, Han-ice education did not repay the said money by the said payment date, and entered into an agreement with the Defendant to transfer the right of publication of the instant book, where Han-ice education had been held, to the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract”).

C. The defendant and Han-ice education substitutes the settlement of prices in the book and delivery of the book to reality. The specific contents of Han-ice education entered the book of this case 90 quality per month as "the monthly sales discount (90 quality)" on the book. The defendant actually purchased Han-ice education and shall pay Han-ice education to the defendant for Han-ice education. The amount equivalent to the supply price of the book of this case 90,000 won per quality per 1,50,90 won x 150,000 won per 1,00 won as the supply price in the case where Han-ice education sells the book of this case to the defendant (hereinafter referred to as "the settlement of this case"), and there was no fact that Han-ice education was paid for the book of this case purchased by the defendant in cash during the above settlement process (hereinafter referred to as "the settlement of this case").

By October 6, 2011, the book supply to the Defendant of Han-ice Education was made from May 17, 201 to July 22, 2011, and the settlement of this case was made from May 17, 2010 to July 22, 2011. As Han-ice education was settled on to the Defendant, the scale of the book of this case, which was settled by the Defendant.
