1. On November 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement as if he/she had no intent or ability to sell the Plaintiff’s soft Holdings; and (b) received KRW 130,000 from the victim as the purchase price for the said one, as the Defendant did not receive KRW 130,000 as the purchase price for the said one.
2. On March 4, 2013, the Defendant, even though there was no intent or ability to sell the camping grounds (L) from the victim F of the building D 202 in Nam-gu, Incheon, Seoul, 2013, said that it was false as if the Defendant sold the camping grounds (L), received KRW 140,000 from the victim as the purchase price for the said camping grounds.

On April 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) false statement was made as if he/she did not intend or have the intent to sell fla cards; and (b) received KRW 150,000 from the victim as the purchase price for the above fla cards, even though he/she did not have the intent or ability to sell fla cards; and (c) received KRW 150,000 from the victim.

1. Around June 26, 2012, the Defendant reported the victim’s writing “Crts Doz inserted in the Internet site,” posted by the victim’s H at the Internet site near Incheon, and falsely read that “I would send Trts to the Defendant after checking the deposit amount of KRW 70,000 upon receiving the deposit.”
However, the defendant did not have the intent and ability to sell Tts.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 70,000 won from the victim as the price for Titrts in his job.
2. On April 22, 2013, the Defendant reported the phrase “gallonis 10.1” posted by the victim I on the Internet site near Incheon.
