The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as follows: (a) during the first instance court's explanation of this case, except for the use of the evidence of No. 3 and No. 4 "No. 3" as "No. 8", and (b) the first instance court's use of "H" as "F", and thus, it is identical to the reasoning of the first instance judgment; and (c) thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim on the principal lawsuit is justified, and the counterclaim by the defendant B is dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and all appeals by the defendant B and the appeal by the defendant C are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
