Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a taxi vehicle B.

At around 22:50 on November 1, 2013, the Defendant driven the above taxi vehicle and made the turn to the left at the direction of the Sung River Middle School from the Gyeong River Hospital at the front signal apparatus of the Manuri-dong, Seogu, Seogu, Daegu-gu. 829-8.

Since there is a four-distance intersection with signal apparatus and a place where left turn is prohibited, there was a duty of care to make a left turn to a person engaged in driving duties.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and found the taxi vehicles of the defendant who was driven by the victim C(19 years of age) who was driven by the vehicle moving signal from time to time due to the error of violating the signal to turn to the left, and caused the collision to go beyond the road while driving the vehicle on the road.

After all, the Defendant suffered salt and tensions from the part of other hand trees that require approximately 14 weeks of medical treatment to the victim C due to the above occupational negligence.
