1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B, C, D, E, and F are as shown in the cadastral map of 3,071 square meters in Asan City G 3,071 square meters.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an owner of G field 3,071 square meters, AP prior to 1,567 square meters, AP forest 13,289 square meters (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”).

The registration of ownership transfer in the name of the network AS with respect to the area of 463 square meters adjacent to the above G, and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the network AU with respect to the area of 496 square meters located in the above AP and AP adjacent to the above AP, and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the network AW with respect to the area of 15,967 square meters adjacent to the above AV.

B. As the network AS died on July 20, 1995, Defendant B, D, E, and F (hereinafter referred to as “five persons, including Defendant B, etc.”) owned the area of 463 square meters prior to AR in ASEAN, and as the networkU died on February 19, 1976, Defendant H, I, J, K, L, M, M, N,O, Q, Q, Q, T, T, T, U, V, M, M, M, W, X, X, Z, AB, AAC, AD, AE, AE, H, AF, AF, AF, AJ, AJ, AJ, AJ, AJ, AL, AM, AM, N, AO (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant B, etc.”) owned by each of the aforesaid Defendants’ successors, AV, AV, AV, AV, A19, A19, A6, A196, A29, A97, and AO (hereinafter referred to as the aforementioned Defendants”).

On May 29, 2009, a cadastral industrial engineer AX belonging to the Korea Land and Information Corporation prepared a survey result map in annexed Form 5 (hereinafter “instant correction survey result”) with the overall content of changing the boundary of the said cadastral map or forestry map to be consistent with the actual boundary line on each of the instant parcels of land owned by the Plaintiff on May 22, 2009, as a result of surveying AZ, BA, G, BC, BD, BE, BF, BG, BG, AR, ATR, BP, BJ, BK, BM, BN, AV, AV, BO (hereinafter “instant parcel 22”). As a result, the cadastral map or forestry map of this case was prepared differently from the actual boundary line on each of the instant parcels of land owned by the Plaintiff on May 22, 200, the survey result map in annexed Table 20 to be changed to the actual boundary line on each of the instant parcels of land (hereinafter “instant correction survey result”).
