Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 14, 2020, the Defendant appeared to be at the risk of falling down to the high railing near the breath in the middle of the 23:56 on August 14, 2020, when he was seated at the end of a 1m or more at the end of a railing at a height of at least one meter.
