A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around December 27, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim, i.e., by taking the victim’s breath in the E hall located in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun, on the ground that he was aware of whether the victim C purchased the part of the bank, on the ground that he was under influence of alcohol, while taking the part of the victim’s breath, and booming it.

2. Crimes against victim F;

A. A. Around June 2, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc.) threatened the victim by taking advantage of the victim F (80 years of age) located in Jeonnam-gun G with a view to alcoholing on the ground that the victim was able to drive the horse and was accompanied by the Defendant’s residential wire network while driving the horse, thereby threatening the victim in a manner that threatens the victim by taking advantage of approximately 60cm in length (around 60cm in length) and threatening the victim.

Around 23:00 on June 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) when the victim H (or 75 years of age) was in the house of the victim H (or the husband of the victim) located in the Nam-gun G, Jeonnam-gun; (b) called several times to the victim in order to comply with the Defendant’s residential net, and (c) the victim was able to comply with the Defendant’s residential net; (d) the victim did not receive it; and (e) invaded the victim’s hand before the house; and (e) ruptures the victim’s hand into the floor, and rup the victim’s hand, and rupe the victim’s hand over the floor, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
