Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DM5 vehicle.

On April 4, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at around 23:03, and changed the lane to three lanes in front of the point 291.9km from Busan to Seoul from the direction of Busan, while driving the car at around 23:03, Cheongju-si.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim from the occupational negligence above due to the diversified damage in his job.
