Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 00:20 on July 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed a 70-meter radius from the front line of “DMa” located in Ansan-si; (b) placed the victim F, who tried to drive an EEEE-ray car and pass through the said DE-ray, demanded a mobile parking due to difficulties in passage due to the Defendant’s vehicle parked in front of the E-ray; and (c) moved the victim’s face to the driver’s seat, referring to approximately 25cm from the Defendant’s vehicle and show the shower; and (d) put the victim into the victim’s body onto the front line with his/her body, putting him/her a flash with his/her body inside the driver’s seat; and (d) moved the victim’s flap onto the front line with his/her body within the victim’s life threat.

2. The Defendant destroyed the damaged vehicle to cover repair costs equivalent to KRW 617,998, by shocking the net part of the said EE X-ray car and the window frame of driving seat with the victim, at the time and place indicated in the preceding paragraph, and at the above time and place.
