Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident) is a person who is engaged in driving of a BAHD car.
