On July 10, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Seoul Western District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On March 20, 2020, the Defendant, at around 23:00, driven a E rocketing car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration 0.182% from the 500-meter section to the above Cmapt, via the roads adjacent to D Apartment-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.
