Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of five million won by the Changwon District Court for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On October 22, 2019, the Defendant driven an Esch Rexton sports cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.069% from the 1km section from around Jeju-si B to the front road in Jeju-si, Jeju-si.
