Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2014 High 192" is the user who runs the taxi transport business using 98 full-time workers, who are the representative director of the D(ju) located in Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City(Seoul).

An employer shall not be less than the minimum wage rate of 4,110 won at the minimum wage rate, and not less than the minimum wage rate of 4,320 won, during a period from January 1, 201 to December 31, 201, determined and publicly announced by the Minister of Employment and Labor, for workers to whom the minimum wage is applied, during the period from January 1, 201 to December 31, 201.
