A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a health management office with the mutual name of “D” from Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon C2.

(a) No person, other than a medical person, shall perform medical practice;

At around 14:00 on July 26, 2017, the Defendant, without a herb doctor’s license, provided a medical practice by taking advantage of the part of the Defendant’s shoulder, macker, macker, macker, etc. at the place of the “D” business, and by taking advantage of the part of the Defendant’s macker, macker, and macker at the center of the chest, the Defendant provided a medical practice by taking advantage of the part of the Defendant’s macker, macker, and macker.

B. On July 26, 2017, from around 14:00 to around 14:27, the Defendant forced indecent act: (a) laid a shoulder to the above victim E who became aware of through F hosting at the same place; (b) was awarded a successful bid; (c) made the victim open the victim at the bed; and (d) made the victim open the bed on the bed on the bed of the procedure installed at that place; and (e) made the victim conduct a medical act, such as taking the blood erosion and taking the skin back from the bed with the victim’s eye while the victim’s eye was frighted, and continued to take the victim’s chest into consideration, and “the victim’s chest shall not have a blood transfusion.”

When she is off panty, she is frightened with the heads of the victims, she is placed in the part of the victimized persons, and the victim refuses to “non-frighting”, she shall be exempted from all clothes, and shall not be treated when she is unable to do so.

“Absently treating the victim as if he/she were aware of the victim, and even if the victim had expressed his/her intention to refuse to provide treatment, he/she would not have to provide treatment, he/she shall be placed in the diesel, and instead, he/she shall be placed in the food room and in the quality of the fingers, and even though the victim said that “I would not do so,” he/she shall be sitting next to the bed and forced to put the victim into the bed for drinking of the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim E by force.
