1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the first instance court.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff runs the real estate brokerage business under the trade name of Seo-gu Daejeon Building and the 1st floor D, “E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office.”

B. The Defendant, from December 5, 2013, requested a licensed real estate agent to sell the instant real estate from around December 5, 2013, as the owner of a neighborhood living facility (a collective building consisting of G, D, H, I, J, and K; hereinafter “instant real estate”). The Defendant, from around December 5, 2013, requested a licensed real estate agent to sell the instant real estate.
